Hickorygaze tried to buck her off, but he got an idea. He slowly made his way toward the trees, making sure Frost was still on his back. Then when he was close enough he leaped at the tree, his back toward the tree so Frost would get crushed. But instead of actually launching her at the tree he lightly tapped her at the tree, afraid of hurting the younger warrior. (I think Hickorygaze is older .3.)

Cloversun kept her tail on Daisypaw at all times, walking her slowly back to the camp. Her fur near her hind-quarters was raised, a sigh of irritation. "You know you can't just go onto other clan territory like that, for now on you can't leave the camp without another apprentice or warrior." Cloversun looked at Daisypaw, her eyes were a fix of anger but they had this sadness to them as well.

Frost saw what was coming for her. Quickly, she stumbled off the tom and watched with amusement as he bashed agenst the tree milliseconds after she had jumped off. Regaining her footing, she allowed a meek smile to appear on her face. "You didn't think you'd get me that easily, did you?" she then swiped at his muzzle in attempt to mess with his sight. (Not that much older than her.. .3.)

She trudged on without saying a word. Daisypaw did not care for what her mentor was lecturing her about this time.

Hickorygaze hit the tree, grunting he got up, looking at Frost then Nightshade. Since she didn't say anything he launched at Frost, tackling her again but this time he leaped off her right away, his narrow eyes filled with determination to show he was a good fighter. He started to circle Frost, his tail flicking rapidly back and forth. He flicked his ear, focusing his hearing on her.

Cloversun looked at Daisypaw, seeing she didn't really take her word. She stopped her with her tail, looking into her eyes. "Daisypaw, listen, I know you hate being told what to do and getting in trouble but listen, Ashenstar will know about this and trust me, she won't be pleased. To be completely honest with you I think she is going to hold your warrior ceremony back, and I know what that feels like."

Daisypaw turned to her mentor, her eyes ablaze like wildfires. "You may know what it feels like to get held back, but do you know how it feels to be the most hated cat in the clan? To know you can't impress anyone ever, to know that your own parents couldn't care less if you died? Well guess what, I live with that feeling every day and your lectures don't help at all!" She was now shaking with a mixture of anger and sadness but her eyes stayed locked with Cloversun's.

Cloversun was struck by surprise at Daisypaw, she couldn't help but feel bad for the cat, she sighed, looking into her eyes. "Daisypaw, trust me you aren't the most hated cat in the clan, and your parents love you, trust me. Even if it may seem like they do if you really did die everyone in the clan would be in grief, you are an amazing cat, don't let anyone tell you you aren't."

Frost lashed her tail; her eyes gazing into Hickorygaze's. Fire seemed to twinkle in them meekly as she circled him; her ears strangely grew hot as a fiery awkwardness seemed to fill her. The pairs of eyes that she realized that was watching her began to make her feel...unusual. Shaking her head, she forced herself to concentrate. Her breathing slowly returned to normal, her eyes hopefully gave nothing away. If she were really to prove herself; she'd need to stay focused; she told herself. But something seemed to be tugging at her.

Hickorygaze watched her, seeing a chance after she shook her head he leapt at her again, this time tackling her and when they stopped, dust flew in the air, his paw was on her throat. He was panting, he knew he could be easily taken out again but he wanted to try this move. He looked into her eyes, Did I win? Or is Nightshade going to make us suffer more?
