I was in an design trade some time ago and finished my half, but never heard anything back from the person who was trading with me, not even a reply on my pm.
So, i decided to take a look at their account and it says "i can't take it no more. hiatus." And it's been this way since the alst year.
So, as i'm not getting their half, they don't seem to have read my pm and i really like this character, i decided to take it for me. If they ever come back, i'll make them another one.

What do you think about revamping a character?
I revamped my sona and have never loved her more. If you fall out of love with a design/character, revamping can help rekindle the flame. I still kept her old art, but I'm glad I redid her design ^^

I am also REALLY excited about my Nanook Thurn species,
which is going to be used for an art roleplaying group on deviantart.
I've mentioned them in past threads, but they've gotten a HUGE overhaul.

I commissioned another artist to do the linearts for me. And look!



They look so much more realistic and nicer than the horrible linearts I drew myself. P: And they're SO PUDGEHHH!!!

HERE you can see the different fur lengths and an example of one of the 20 various markings available.

I also made the group an icon, and I am IN LOVE with how it came out! You can click it to be taken to the DA group.

The group is going to feature breeding, competitions, quests, world exploration, map interaction, events, and more! Members get to join Nations, start their own kennels called Havens, trade currency and Nanooks, go shopping for items for their Nanooks, etc.

I am SO excited for this! If you are interested PLEASE let me know!
I'd love to speak to someone about my ideas and get feedback!

@ fluffypancake: If it's a cheetah character why not look up some traditional African names? For example, Amara is African and means elegance and grace.

You Got Realistic Horses? Show Me Your Favorite!
Um…no. I don't really have any realistic horses to be honest. X3 I mean, I have some that are semi-realistic with natural coat colors, but otherwise, no. X3

What do you think about revamping a character?
I dunno. X3 I've very rarely ever re-vamped characters. ^^; I re-vamped my fursona, Texas, once and it was only to remove a marking and add some accessories, but I loved him even more after it so…I dunno…I think it can be good or bad. X3

Have you ever been on a character developing high? Like, you're suddenly struck with inspiration for a character that's been rotting away and you get super excited about developing and start obsessively developing them and you just...completely fall in love with the character all over again?
Yes. X3 I'm on one right now.

I adore them. X3 I'm like...addicted to them. X3 I dunno why, maybe because some people don't like them and/or find them scary. X3 I feel like they add a bit more interest to the character. Kyna was my first character that I ever got who had unique eyes and I just thought that it made her that much more cute. <3

I think I'm gonna be posting here more, since I've recently got back into doing digital art!

I've also been thinking about maybe doing commissions of little pixel art like what I've been doing, would anyone be interested? I really like doing them, and I can do both animated and still. I'll probably do more of my characters soon!

I've also done my first ever digital piece of a horse! Though I've been drawing them traditionally, I finally decided to draw one digitally, and I am really pleased with how it turned out <3



The character drawn here is Spotted Light(T2), one of my new horse characters I've adopted from StupidEmu. I've adopted a few others too, such as Candle(T2), the parents who are currently unnamed, and this dog coat based family, all by StupidEmu <3
