the manga follows the anime near perfectly, although they do leave a few scenes out! like this one!
unfortunately they can't get everything so that's why!

I believe I know exactly where season 2 will end for Haikyuu!! and it kills me. They better make a season three. They better!! They have some really great matches to put in it already but it's going to be such a hard wait. I'm guessing they'll hold back season 3 until the manga gets a bit farther-
