I adjusted myself so my head was resting on his legs and curling in a ball. I was having trouble keeping my eyes open as I yawned. "I think... I might just take a quick nap.. if you don't mind"

Dean

"Cas no! Get back to the bunker, now. You promised me you wouldn't do this!" I found myself pacing in the main room

"Rest as long as you need to,I need to let my vessel take a break as well" He said giving her a faint smile as he ran a hand through her hair leaning his head back against the beds headboard.

I practically purred as Crowley ran a hand through my hair, quickly relaxing and dozing to the mental space between being awake and asleep

Cas knew how much a promise meant to the hunter, "I know, Dean. It was merely a suggestion. Is it safe for me to return?"

I sighed, relieved at the words. "That suggestion won't happen. You're clear to come back"

He continued to run his hand through her hair finding himself in a small relaxing dazed as he did so.

Eventually I slipped into sleep only to be greeted by black eyes possessing those of my father's. The night my family died came to me in the rush of a nightmare. Even though my waking body didn't move, I was screaming in my head, just wanting it to stop as a few tears fell

He noticed the tears as he wiped them from her cheeks and continuing to run his hand through her hair."Echo its alright" He said hoping his voice would reach her.

Castiel teleported back into the bunker, warded box in hand. He was in the main room, just to make sure it was safe, and if he needed to, he could teleport back.

I approached Cas, my expression grim. "We need to find a place to hide that thing. You feeling alright?"
