Greetings, fellow roleplay seekers. I am Griffen.Song, formerly Spotted.Newt, but you may call me simply griffen or newt or whatever else you wish. I am looking for a semi-literate rp at the moment. I am looking to rp only in the forums on CS or advanced scribes, not over pm.
I have a very simple list of roleplays I am looking to participate in, and I do not tend to stray from this list, as these are the only sorts of roleplays I am looking for. Plots are flexible, fandoms are not.

About Me
~I am a semi-lit roleplayer, though I try to mirror the posts of my partner. In a lower lit rp, I typically post 3-4 lines. If you are looking for a more literate role player, know that I can post 3+ 5-sentence paragraphs in an average more literate roleplay.
~yes, I use correct grammar.
~I can play both male and female characters, depending on the rp.
~As far as romance goes, I only do MxF, and usually only as a sub-plot
~I enjoy action-- I especially enjoy putting my characters into dangerous situations.
~I am online almost daily. I will notify you before hand in most cases if I will be offline for a little while.


What I ask From You
~ at least 3 lines per post -->I'd prefer you write more, I'm looking for a semi-lit rp buddy.

~You may be asked to play male and/or female characters
~please help contribute to the plot
~you must be able to post at least every other day, unless you notify me first. I don't want to start an rp if you are going to disappear for long periods of time without prior notification. I've had enough people just stop posting without notification, and there's only so much of that a person can take before you begin feeling rather discouraged.

As like many other people i'am looking for a one x one. colored text is

I'm in the Pacific Standard Timezone and currently have

Salutations everyone! My name is ShatteredInsanity, or just Shattered is fine. Insomniac works to, as that is another one of my screen names. I am currently a teen going through her freshman year of high school, so most the time I am reasonably busy. I have just come back from a hiatus, a few weeks into the new semester has finally made me kick myself back into line and get back on here. After spring cleaning is done I plan to be on here a lot more. (I know its not spring yet.) Anyway I'm looking for a few new role play partners, as I've been getting reasonably bored not role playing for so long.

Some things you can expect from me
I can usually write quite a bit, semi-lit is my level I believe, sometimes more sometimes less. It really depends how I feel that day, my moods can shift often. I used to do third person, but lately I have tried first person, I don't really care if you do third person or first or whatever. I have pretty good grammar and spelling, and I expect the same from you. I don't often use text talk, so that's not a concern. I often respond at least once a day, if not once a week, and I plan to do more, but my life is pretty hectic and laziness is also a factor. I mainly do straight or mxm, it's what I'm most comfortable with, though I don't mind doing asexual or something like that. I can play both genders, and prefer if we have one of each gender... This is pretty bssic, so feel free to pm me any more questions about my role playing ability and such. Oh yeah, I'm also reasonably open to plot changes, and enjoy making the plot together rather than just one sided. Also I don't mind threads or pm, sometimes I may do offsite, but very unlikely. Don't really mind talking OOC either.

what to expect


• At least two paragraphs per post, if not more,

• Supernatural stuff.
• The local legend.
  Character A is spending their summer vacation with relatives in an unfamiliar part of the States. While there, they meet a local kid about their age—character B—and the two become fast friends. Shortly after, character B shares their interest in the area's resident cryptid. (Think along the lines of Mothman or the Jersey Devil.) Character B has amassed a small collection of evidence in the form of photographs, videos, and newspaper clippings. Now they're hopeful that character A might join them on the hunt for the monster.
• The forest.
  Somewhere far from the northernmost villages, there exists a forest. It is dark, cold, and shrouded in mist. Years earlier, hunters and loggers were common there. It was—and still is—rich with game; now more so than ever, in fact. This is due to the recent appearance of what is rumored to be a malevolent spirit, attacking any that come to kill. Meet character A. They are a lycanthrope. Understandably ostracized from society, they have carved out a living for themselves within this forest. They protect the forest from those who would do it harm, and defend innocent travelers from the forest itself. (I have several ideas for a character B; too many to list here without it being obnoxious. You're welcome to approach me with ideas, too!)
• The urban fairies.
  When the better part of their woodland was leveled to make room for urban development, most fae left the area in search of somewhere more peaceful. Only a few remained loyal to their land, choosing to stay behind and lead lives of secrecy next to a bustling neighborhood.
• Animals.
• The wild dogs.
  A group of wild dogs form a pack to help one another survive in the European wilderness. Tensions are high as a hierarchy begins to form, but they cannot afford to turn against each other. Winter is setting in, and together they must cope with a lack of food and the increasing pressure from native predators: Clever Eurasian wolves and mighty brown bears are in constant competition with the pack, and the odds are stacked against them.

  Only if I can play Marinette! I've tried writing Adrien, but I don't connect with him like I do with her. Anyway, I have a couple plots I'm really excited about, but you're very welcome to approach me with ideas also! The only thing I'm not super interested in is Marichat.

  Again I have some vague ideas, but I definitely need someone willing to help me flesh out a story! I'm mostly interested in OCs with some canons as supporting characters.
