I just started watching the new episode! (hence the font) I agree about Carl though, I think his eye will effect something in the episode tonight!

Since it is 11:30 here where I live, I'm gonna go ahead and type this up.

SPOILERS: -I definitely know that it did have some sort of affect with tonight's episode, not a huge affect, but it definitely had some point in Carl not going to Hilltop. I don't really know if Carl's eye will affect much of anything vital to the main plot line, outside of maybe his attitude and such.

I have to say I am extremely excited for how the next couple of episodes are gonna pan out, but I am extremely scared for both Glenn and Daryl to be honest, I feel like either one of them could die to the hands of Negan in the end. Glenn because things seem to really be falling into place for him, especially with the ultrasound and the photo, and we seem to be seeing less ad less of Daryl now that Michonne has sort of taken his spot at the head with Rick. What do you guys think? -

Yeah, seeing how things are going on the show, I'm sure the scene's coming soon. I mean, they're going for Negan next. So we all know what's going to happen around there..

I doubt Maggie's death, since she's expecting a baby. Not only that, but Rick seems to be trying to bring out her leader skills. It's also a possibility that something's going to happen to Morgan (I don't know anything, this is just a guess) since he doesn't want to kill anyone. I can only imagine how pissed Carol must be.

What my dad suspects- yes, we all watch this as a family show on Sunday nights (we kinda skipped the Oscar's)- is that something will happen to Michonne. I really hope not, since she's one of my favorite characters, but he's probably guessing that because every girl Rick gets involved with ends up dying.
Then again, she's one of those characters not to mess with. She does actually have a chance of survival with her skills.

Since it is now 24 hours after the air date of the episode, I will not be hiding my spoilers, but if you haven't seen the episode, be warned this post does contain SLIGHT spoilers for 6x11

I think I am at a loss, I am leaning towards both Glenn or Daryl being the ones who are offed.

My reasoning for Glenn, is everything seems to be falling into place for him. His home is safe, he's able to settle down with Maggie, he's expecting a baby with her and he also got an ultrasound photo of the baby. Things just seem to be very happy for both Glenn and Maggie, and even if it would be cruel to Maggie, following the comics and offing Glenn would be interesting.

Now my reasoning for Daryl, we have seen less and less of Daryl, only now have we really focused on him since he is back with the group, not to mention I feel like Michonne has sort of taken his place in having a say in everything. But at the same time, I also find it hard to believe them killing off Daryl.

I hate to be one of THOSE fans, but if the show kills off Daryl, it means sadly that The Walking Dead is going to come to a close probably after season 7. So many people love Daryl, and I know quite a few people who would actually stop watching the show if he dies at any point in time. Not to mention, most if not all of the TWD merch is based around Daryl and Dixon. While yes, we get the occasional Rick stuff, the occasional random shirt like terminus or Michonne, most of the merch is based around Daryl, and unless they plan on redoing their merch, I'm sorry, but who exactly wants to buy merch for a deceased character? That's my outlook on it, at least.

I just find it hard to believe that they could kill Daryl, knowing that if they did, it would cause huge problems for the show, but I still think it is possible.

I'm a little late but I don't feel like typing up huge thoughts because most of them were summed up by you guys. xD So um, yesterday's episode was okay I wasn't expecting the whole episode to go fast like that and already at Hilltop and ready to fight another group, I thought like it was going to take another episode for the Hilltop group and Rick's to cooperate. I'm glad that Maggie got her part, but I'm worried for Glenn not that he's gonna die, but he might need to step up his game as a husband and soon to be father. Like, be more protective when she's around Gregory? I don't really like this guy at all, especially his first impression to the group was to "clean up", like doesn't he notice his own people? They sort of can't waste anything anymore lol. The conversation he had with Maggie was awkward, so I'm just going to leave it at that.

I don't mind Abraham and Sasha being a thing, I expected it a long time ago and I think it's cool and I hope something good happens with Rosita. Michonne might replace Daryl as the "second in command", it seems like it but again they are all just one group at the end and contribute to decisions. I just hope Carl is happy with Michonne and Rick, who knows... She probably will live longer than Rick's last two.

@smofir - I have to agree with you, I dislike Gregory and a bit of comic spoilers, I've read that he's the second most dangerous person, next to Negan-
Not sure if that is true, anyone has permission to correct me on that. But, I was definitely surprised as well, I didn't think the episode would go by so fast and when it did end, I was like, "It's over already?" Because it just didn't seem like it was an hour already.

Just going to make a post so everyone can start discussing the new episode.

SPOILERS: Oh my god tonight's episode was definitely such a good one. I was on the edge of my seat and screaming so much during the raid on the Savior's camp, and the end of the episode!
I knew that it they were going to get Carol and Maggie, but oh my god Daryl's bike! That means that the guy he ran into is probably there and his crossbow, ah I can't wait for next week now cx

alright alright, I know that I'm super late to the bandwagon and all, but I just watched episodes 9, 10, and 11 last night and I guess I had a couple comments about it.

Episode 9 - the beginning was amazing, absolutely well done imho. I did expect Daryl to come around the corner with a rocket launcher, but I didn't think the whole thing leading up to it would be as it was. Good job, TWD producers.

Now for Sam. We all knew he was going to cause a lot of trouble, but what I thought was a little cheaty of the production crew was that they had Sam screaming for Jessie at the end of episode 8 and suddenly that's ignored in episode 9. That's good I guess, considering it builds up more suspense to what happened after that. After all, we knew his behavior in the Walker crowd by then.

Carl. Even if that whole Ron gun thing was an accident, he still has pretty good accuracy for hitting Carl straight in the eye, even if he was getting stabbed by Michonne (but his target was Rick though, so what can I say. Can't have it all). Poor Rick though, omg, he's been through so much and to see his son get seriously hurt like that... I'm glad he didn't go crazy in the head like he did when Lori died, but that rampage after he took his son to the infirmary was great. It showed that all the surviving Alexandrian residents were all starting to harden up and get used to the new environment. Even Gabriel. I personally thought that was the best part, since even he wasn't afraid to kill Walkers anymore. (and how could we forget Daryl, the rocket launcher, and the burning lake? That was also really cool.)

(Does anyone think that Carol indirectly caused the loss of Carl's eye? Carol scared Sam when she talked about the Walkers in the armory, which caused him to freak out and scream during the lots of walkers scene, which also caused Jessie to freak out and scream... Which eventually led for Ron to freak out and scream...)

Episode 10 - I'm glad to see that Carl has gotten better with his serious injury. Richonne was okay too. I wasn't a huge fan, since now that you look at it, Rick is hitting up all dem ladies xD But I think Michonne is definitely a good woman for him and I hope to see more development with their couple soon.

Sasha and Abraham? I'm not sure if I like then that well, considering with Rosita still dating Abraham (also definitely not because MY GIRL CHRISTIAN SERRATOS STARRED IN TWILIGHT AND SHE DESERVES BETTER THAN THIS). I don't know... If they work out, I do actually hope for the best for Rosita, like smo said.

Side note, does anyone see a Denise x Tara ship coming up? Anyone? I ship it.

I think from this episode, my favorite scene was before Rick tied Jesus up and he was being held at gun point. I don't know, the whole "you don't have bullets" thing got me lol. I also think Jesus has easily become my favorite character, even above Daryl. He just has this personality to him that Daryl definitely lacks. Plus, he's like a ninja xD

Is anyone questioning why Rick is so afraid of him, though? Like honestly, Jesus could have easily killed Rick/some of his people if he wanted to. Heck, he could have even killed Daryl when the Walker was behind him in the truck.

Episode 11 - Wait, what exactly happened in this episode? Lol excuse me for this, I'm not even being sarcastic but I was talking to my friend about the show at the time and all I caught about that episode was that Rick's group was going to go and try to take on Negan (DON'T DO IT). Was that it? Help would be very appreciated lol, since I'm also confused about the deal with Gregory and Maggie and Gregory talks. And that guy who tried to kill Rick in the Hilltop camp?

Sorry for such a long post. Episode 9 has definitely exceeded my expectations with the hype and all surrounding it. I also have not watched episode 12 yet. Hopefully I'll get to do that in a week or two xP Great episode so far.
