Ravenberry dipped his head to her. "I'm sure he would be proud to have two, healthy, beautiful kits," he murmerd, slipping out and snatching a juicy mouse from the fresh-kill pile and bringing it back to Bluefeather. "Just tell me if you ever need anything," he offered.

Bluefeather was grateful for the warriors offer. "Thank you Ravenberry."

Snowleaf nodded his head in thanks to Ravenberry on his way out of the nursery.

Ravenberry dipped his head to the queen. "It's no problem," he replied, nodded at Snowleaf.

Blackhawk -
The lithe smoky tom slithered over stones and beneath bushes, stalking a jackrabbit. He narrowed his yellow-green eyes against the bright sunlight reflecting off the stones. Passing silently around the jackrabbit to be downwind, he readied himself for the attack. He figured, by the time he returned to camp, there would be new mouths to feed. Their mother would most likely appreciate this meal more than anyone else in camp.

Spiderwhisker + Duckpaw -

The two brown tabbies sat in camp, having recently received the news of Bluefeather's kitting. Spiderwhisker watched the nursery eagerly, waiting for the right time to go inside to see his new Clan members. Duckpaw, on the other hand, seemed to have her attention set on something else.

Ravenberry dipped his head to the new family and left the den, allowing them to sleep. He spotted Spiderwhisker and Duckpaw in the clearing and headed towards them. "EmberClan now has two healthy kits, a tom and a she kit," he reported, purring.

She had overheard about the kits being born. Her tail was high with delight, and she watched Ravenberry exit the nursery. She heard him speak to Spiderhwisker and Duckpaw about it, and approached them. "That's great news!" She let out a purr. "It's a good thing to have new life and future warriors enter the world."

Ravenberry purred as Cedarflight approached. "I know!" He agreed. "The clan needs new warriors, and these kits will make fine ones!"

"Have they been named yet?" She knew that they had just been born, and probably haven't been named yet. However, some parents did plan the names of their kits before they even arrived.

Ravenberry flicked his tail cheerfully. "The little she kit is Moonkit, and the tom is Stormkit," he reported. "You can probably visit them later, after Bluefeather has rested a bit."

Bluefeather had some of the best ears in camp, so she overheard the conversation. She called Snowleaf in and told him to tell his clanmates that it was alright if they wanted to visit the kits.

Snowleaf acknowledged Bluefeather's request. He walked over to the group with Cedarflight, Spiderwhisker, and Duckpaw and said "Bluefeather said that you can come visit, but only one at a time."Snowleaf headed back to the entrance to the nursery.

Moonkit awoke to the strange voice being gone. She purred in pride. She, Moonkit, had scared away the fierce stranger and saved her mother!
