Well, Okay, hm
Cayden won the vote, therefore our little demon will be named Cayden.
While the ideas for 'im are interesting, I think:
Cayden would be like regular UT Chara. Where he tries to influence the human/s to kill so he can take their SOUL/s by the end of the run. Perhaps he could be a nerd, that's a possibility. He can go about these influence attempts in somewhat of a strategic but nerdy way.
I like to believe that it's been at least a hundred years since the monsters were first trapped underground. And it was many, many years after that that the first human fell down Mt Ebott. Frisk . suggested that this Fallen was/is Chara's sibling. I kinda like that idea, so it could be that Chara had a much older sibling that came to Mt Ebott for adventure 12.5 years before the current group fell. But that's only an idea, not really set in stone. Yet.
And it'd be interseting if Cayden had an utter hatred for humanity for several different reasons.

although I'm not so sure about the large age gap between cayden and chara (12.5!!) it could be possible that chara was perhaps 3-4 years old when cayden fell into mt. ebott, so perhaps, the entire time, everyone is looking for cayden?

golly that would be a sad way to find out your sibling is dead.

Hold on, hold on
The First Fallen, Cayden, when he died he would be stuck at the age he died, which would be presumably somewhere between ten and thirteen. Let's go with eleven.
But we could also say Chara didn't know she had a sibling because he went missing before she could really know him.
I say 12.5 because that's a long time ago, a decent amount of time of which Cayden would be haunting around the underground, watching the Flower reset after reset after reset while being unaffected and unnoticeable himself.

And about that,
Cayden wouldn't recognize a sibling that he had last seen as little baby. So, he'd have to hear the name a few times before catching onto anything like that. Chara wouldn't recognize anything about Cayden right away because she never really knew him.

Man, we must be a real hit at parties with all this chatter about dead older siblings, huh?
What if Cayden tries to recruit Chara to their side, if they're related? And on the age gap subject, maybe we can say that they very dimly remember each other? Like them playing little games and Cayden shielding Chara from harm?
I remember in Toucan's form for Chara, they stated she had an abusive past? We could work in something about that...
"C'mon, sis, it'll be just like old times. Just you and me. You can ditch these losers. They don't understand what we went through"
That could be an interesting plot line. And throughout the story, they watch on a tv what the fallen do, and comments on Chara being the same as ever, and so predictable, and maybe plagued the more genocidal characters in nightmares, asking them to join their side, but planning to betray them?
Once again, just ideas.

Hm. The plotline is already so interesting and we have only got past Flowey :3

Perhaps the age gap of nine to ten years isn't too bad.
But I can see that
It'd make sense that Cayden would remember but Chara would not.
