1x1 Between ~Lotus~ and Mayia Hikamaru

[Mayiamaru]

Knight shrugged. "Never was able to be a hero. I'm too weak for that." He hissed to himself. "But at least I'm trying to do something for myself. I'm really bad at being nice." He admitted with a shrug, freezing in his tracks and sighing at the ground.

[~Lotus~]

"No, you can do more then I can. And you don't have to be a nice person to be a hero." Lotus said. She then remembered all of the hero stories she read in the library, about the bad guy always getting caught. But then she realized that the things aren't going to always end happily'

[Mayiamaru]

"If I can't protect my family, then what good am I? All I got left is Blazer." Knight muttered miserably, glaring at the ground. He then flinched lightly, hearing something coming towards them. Acting quickly, he darted forward, scooping Lotus up and dashing into the woods. "Just be quiet." He said, before Lotus could breathe a word. Seconds later, Skye's figure was coming up from a distance, coming towards them at an incredible speed with two blades. The black blade in his right and the silver sword in his left.

[~Lotus~]

Lotus was being picked up and moving fast, she didn't know what to do, or what to say. He said to say nothing, but she didn't know if... Well, oh, who knew anything anymore. She just tried not to squirm, and hold herself down. She didn't feel like looking at what made Knight run.

[Mayiamaru]

Knight wasn't fast enough. He couldn't stay safe for four minutes. Skye had closed him, slicing Knight's side and making Lotus fall out of his grasp. Knight was reduced to cowaring at the base of a tree, holding his side as it bled. "S-So you've gotten s-stronger... I guess I... can't win..." Knight said as he fell to his side in agony. Skye didn't go to finish Knight off though. He was after Lotus, so that was who he was going to target. Skye's right hand was bloodstained. He was killing something else before he got here, but who knows what that could have been.

[~Lotus~]

Lotus then sighed. "Oh, it's Skye, great." She said, and started running. She knew it wasn't any use, if Knight couldn't outrun Skye, but then she was grabbed by someone else. She then looked up. "Oh, what a surprise." Lotus said with total sarcasm. Alice was not flying her in the sky, trying to get away from Skye. Alice yelled. "What the heck were you thinking?"

[Mayiamaru]

Skye was thinking a little creatively. Since Skye was a bit like a ghost himself, he was light enough to run on the wind. A near-perfect assassin. He was catching up to Alice, but Alice was a little too high for him to gain enough altitude to reach. He had no exprieince fighting this way, and he made sure that he wouldn't gain any when he had his sense.

[~Lotus~]

Lotus realized Alice wasn't to happy, and then realized that Skye was on air. She was a little shocked, but more like some kid watching a superhero movie, not actually life or death stakes. Alice then saw and flew higher. "Cover your ears." She told Lotus trying not to get to high.

[Mayiamaru]

Skye couldn't go any higher since he started from such a low altittude, but he was still able to keep up. The higher Skye pushing himself, the more power he would use. Even if he had a lot of power, it didn't mean that he couldn't lose al that power up. It was a problem for quite a lot of people that Skye was a good fighter, and the fact that when under Saith's command, he was even more powerful.

[~Lotus~]

Alice then stopped cold, and dropped. Lotus started to freak out a little bit for her fear of heights started to kick in. "Um. Um Um Um Um.." Was all Lotus could say before she and Alice hit the ground. Then, she felt Alice use the force of the drop to push herself up higher, and go faster. Lotus wondered how she did that.
