Hello guys, sorry for the somewhat late reply to all this; I've just been busy with life and other things.
Honestly, I had a very difficult time choosing the winner; all the forms were lovely and some absolutely outstanding. It was a short contest, but I could tell a lot of effort was put in, and after a long time or re-reading forms and contemplating my decision; I think I've come down to a winner.
After a lot of thought, Leo will be going to Cat Noir.!
After reading this form, I was very impressed from the thorough character development as well as quality effort put into the artwork. Aside from that, I've seen how you treated your other plumerian; and I feel you'd be a great owner for her, and that you truly would develop and use her like she so truly does deserve. I hope you take great care of her,
