What makes a character HQ?
I don't think there is no right or wrong awnser. To me I think a HQ character is all personal choice. Some one may not like the character and not consider it HQ, or it don't have much art or good art, but that can be understandable. To me there isn't really such thing as a "HQ character" but more of it's just not a preference. Sure there are some character that are nice, but at the end all that matter is that you love them for what they are.

Are any of the characters here HQ?
