"Yeah, he's....way down the street." I say, shaking my head at Meta before making my way inside the house, unlocking the door and beaming. "Leon! We're home!" No answer. "Leon, you lazy badger! Tucker asleep too?" Still no answer. "Ugh. Eta, darling!"

Sheila chuckled "I'll be fine sweetie. Now come on, let's go relax for awhile." she hummed before heading out the door and down the stairs with a slight sway in her walk.

Eta giggled, rushing downstairs and pulling Xi along with her, holding the young boys hand with a pleaded grin. "Yes Sigma?'

Okay! Okay, this is fine. This is perfectly alright. This is perfectly...fine. I clear my throat a little as I slide down the stairs. "So...what do you want for dinner?" I ask, looking over at her with a raised eyebrow.

"We're home, little ones!" I bend down to them and scoop them both up in a giant hug. "Xi, we saw your daddy at the hospital. They said that he's going to be okay, and that he'll be awake soon."

"Whatever you'd like, I'm not picky." Sheila replied easily, looking over Florida when he turned then smirking and looking forward once more. "I trust you."

Right. Right. When we get to the kitchen, I look over at her. "You're not allergic to anything, are you?" I question quietly, feeling quite embarrassed that I don't actually remember.

Sheila shook her head. "Nope, no allergies." she answered, retaining a genuine smile as she looked back at him. "Well except for Bermuda grass but that's a different story." she said, waving her last remark off.

"Okay!" I turn on the stove before moving over to the fridge. "Is salmon alright? I need to make something for the boys, just in case they do come home tonight." I whisper under my breath.
