A steady rainfall echos throughout the forest. Ever since you arrived in the forest
two moons ago you've faced nothing but rain, would you ever see the sun again?
Trying to stay dry from the droplets you hide beneath the thick forest foliage but
even then a bone-chilling drop races down your spine raising your fur and causing
you to shiver. Suddenly the wind is forced out of your lungs as you're tackled into
the mud, something heavy keeps you down as you try to twist your way free. Your
claws come out as you struggle to fight but the mud beneath your paws makes it
almost impossible. The attackers paw pushed your head down as they let out a low
snarl. "State your business!" they hiss threateningly. Two white paws stained brown
from the dirt step before you, the attacker isn't alone. Struggling to look up you
meet the green eyes of an orange tabby with white patches, they look down at you
with curiosity. The paw on your head pushes down more strongly "Not gonna say?"
Suddenly the weight is lifted and you hear a conversation start. "They don't smell
like the usual rouge...I think they're new." The young ginger states as they glance
down at you. "You think they're new?" The other cat questions before stepping on
your shoulder to continue keeping you down. "Should we bring them to the leader
then?" There is a moment of silence before the paw is lifted, finally being allowed
up you jump at the chance, you fur raising on end ready for a fight but meeting
your battle hiss are the cold blue eyes of a off white cat as they glare at you before
walking away completely ignoring you. "Are you coming?" The ginger cat nudges you
in a friendly manner. "Going where..." You quietly ask as you debate with yourself on
whether or not you should trust the strangers. The cat smiles before following after
the other one. "To Stormclan of course." they chirp out to you. Quickly you raise
through the mud after them, anything is better than being stuck in this downpour.

Territory
Stormclan's territory is very swamp-like and muddy because the almost constant downpours
the land faces between September to June. The ground is always soft but this makes it difficult
to find herbs, a content challenge the Medicine Cat's face. Along with the herb shortage there
is also a prey shortage, but it's not that bad, the large pools of water throughout the territory
are lively with prey and are a hot spot for hunting almost all of the year besides the three months
it does not rain. In those three months it's extremely hot and the pools dry up. During this time
the cats make sure to help store up herbs for the Medicine Cats. The camp is a bit unusual and
is located at the Western border in a large body of water. The camp is mostly man-made as it's
on an abandoned ship that mother-nature took over. The cat's sleep on the deck as the inside of
the ship is unreachable. Most of the dens are in trees, all besides the Leaders den which is in a
small hole the leads to what was once the Captain's office.

blinking her eyes open Lavenderstar opened up her mouth widely to release a yawn, her green eyes scanned across her den that light pooled into. She must have overslept the leader concluded as she got up onto her paws, arching her back she stretched out her muscles that were still stiff from sleeping. Quickly and quietly the silver cat slipped out of the hole in the wall that was her den's entrance and stepped foot outside. Looking around at the trees the other dens were in, she sighed. She wasn't that late waking up, the clan was still sleeping. Letting out a satisfying purr she gracefully walked to the clan's center where an old molding crate was, inside it held the bodies of well-caught prey.

curling tighter into a ball of off-white and light brown fur, Torrentfeather struggled to stay asleep but everything disturbed her and drew her out of her dreams. The young warrior was never one to be late, she had woken up minutes before when the sky was still blue and the moon shared the sky with the sun, but seeing as no one else was up including her leader, she figured she could steal a few more minutes of sleep. To bad every single creaking of the ship's boards and the sound of snoring cats prevented her from doing so. Hissing under her breath in annoyance she peaked one of her icy blue eyes open to glare at the fellow warriors who she envied for being able to be heavy sleepers at the moment. Giving up on the internal struggle to sleep she sat up in her moss nest groggily and yawned. Blinking her eyes rapidly she tried to shake the sleep from them.

Blazepaw's stomach grumbled hungrily like a beast, hollow and grumpy from the lack of prey within it. But all attempts to catch the ginger's attention failed, he was in to much of a deep sleep. His mind was to busy hunting through the flooded forest for a rabbit and other prey, prey that would surprise his clan if just a single, young apprentice caught.

Oakpaw awoke from his deep sleep. He stumbled to get up to his paws then let out a loud yawn. Worried her would wake his clan mates he padded out of the apprentice den and headed into the camp clearing.

Rainpaw let out a yawn as she sat up in her nest. She pulled off moss from her pelt that got stuck there then put the moss back in her nest. She went to check the herb supplies to see if she needed to go out and get any. While checking she stayed quiet as to not wake Dewstep.

The Maine Coon was walking around in the swampy territory searching for at least one piece of orey. He easily gave up. Weaselheart padded back to camp which was on an abandoned ship. Once on, the warrior padded into camp and laid down in the clearing. He was one of the first ones awake as usual. Mostly because his hunger kept him awake on some nights but he knew he couldn't eat without spewing it out. It was very rare to keep his meal down and keep it down for a long time. It was just getting worse and worse as the days went on and his time was running out to get help.
