"I'm sure I'm fine Florida, I've just been.. busy lately." Sheila replied with a gentle smile, unsure just how long she continue lying to them with a smile. "I'd tell you if something was wrong." she assured him but it was just another lie.

I squint. Yeah...it's obvious that she's not going to tell me what exactly is wrong with her. "Alright." I reply shakily, but a smile on my face nonetheless. "Um, well...our boys are all out. So...it's just us." I shrug. "If you want, I can cook dinner tonight. You deserve it."

Sheila smiled and finally turned to face Florida, closing the folder for now. "That would be great." she hummed gently as she adjusted her shirt. "But maybe I can relax for a little bit.. Just for you"

I beam. "Oh, that'd be great, Sheila! So splendid." Before I leave the room, I turn back to her and look over the folder she's working on, but don't say anything. That's a lot of work, whatever it is. "Um...what do you want?"

Sheila smiled and stood from her chair, going over to Florida "Here, I'll just go with you." she hummed with a gentle nod. "How's that sound, hun?"

"Oh, that's great!" I grin a bit. "But you're sure your work won't suffer because of it?" I scratch a bit at my neck.

Okay, so, racing meta was NOT the best idea, especially when meta puts a pipe in his tire. So as meta drove home, omega slowly pushed his wrecked bike back to the house, grumbling.
