Backstory: He was found by a small fox. No. A young kitsune. (A kind of Japanese fox thing) The kitsune made it her mission (Say the kitsune is a she) to bring Lucky back to the other Jingles. Though, Lucky was scared of the kitsune and refused to come with it. It kitsune pondered what it can do. So it turn into it's human form, picked up Lucky, and tried to find the rest of the Jingles. It took about a day. (Lucky wasn't to far away) Once the kitsune found the rest of the Jingles, she turned into her kitsune like form and sat down Lucky. Lucky ran to the the rest of the Jingles and lives with them to this very day.
Question:
Oh. And can I consider Lucky a Starverse character? The Starverse is a universe thing I made to put all my OC's and what not. It has a magical 'base world' (as I like to call it) where all my characters can interact.

It can be stylized into a bow, a scarf, or a normal jingle scarf.
He is afraid of the dark, so his new parent gave him a ton of
glow in the dark stickers and also got the scarf special so that the blue stripes glow faintly.

Personality: He is an exceedingly quiet fellow. He is easily please by small things, like shiny stuff, cookies and ice cream, and also easily hurt by snappish remarks. He is a complete little kid, in other words, and has not yet entirely developed much personality. Those who know him hope he never looses his awe and love for simple things, and likely he will not. He likes to play with falling leaves, build sandcastles, and build snow mans in the snow, depending on the weather and time. He is a great listener, though he easily falls asleep after the slightest bit of excitement.

Adoptive Parent: His adoptive parent is an actual old woman, not another jingle. The old woman lives with her cat, and is often visited by her grand kids and other relatives, so he has younger friends to pay with, along with frogs who live in the pond in their backyard. He very likely considers himself a cat, though he does want to meet other jingles one day, and has met a few in the past at parks and playgrounds and easily made friends with other young jingles.
