Harper would probably show people his frog as a kid, if they didn't like the frog, he would try to try to 'educate' them on why they are not scary. He means well but I imagine some plums being wary. Harper is a kind guy but he's also not always aware of the presence of more quiet plums since he's boisterous himself, and he may try to include others in his life a way that they don't really like. As a young adult Harper is very active and is more into sports such as basketball, but he has also continued his studies with the harp and ocarina. Even though he is still loud he can be surprisingly quiet and aware of his surroundings at times. Harper would try to have a friendly relationship with anyone, and that he would make small talk with them, becoming friends if they get along well enough.
