Sheila took a step back when she saw Florida, visibly being startled and subconsciously grabbing her gun before she realized who it was and she quickly put it away. "Sorry, took a bit of overtime." she lied with a gentle smile

I blink a bit and give a tired smile back. "Oh. That's alright. But I would have wanted, at least, a call or text." I drum my fingers against the chair as I stand up. "Leon and Tucker are over at Delta's house, they had a bit of a...of an accident." I stick my hands in my pockets. "And York is in the hospital, too, and...we were just worried about you."

"Oh well I'm sorry for making you worry, I completely spaced it. Very odd for me I know." Sheila hummed before stepping into the house and towards the stairs. "And I actually brought some work home with me so I'm just going to go upstairs and finish up this paperwork!~" she chirped before attempting to flee the situation.

I run a hand through my hair and raise one eyebrow. "Okay, yeah." I nod, my face flushing as she rushes up stairs. I then swing on the stair banter and jump in front of her, a bouncing smile on my face. "Need help?"

Sheila squeaked when Florida jumped in front of her, startled by his actions and taking a step back only to miss place her foot and go tumbling backwards.

Oh dear. Good thing we aren't high enough for her to hit her head. I jump down the two steps before bending down and helping to pick her up off the ground. "Shelia...are you alright? Maybe you need to just...rest on the couch."

Sheila looked up at Florida, blushing faintly in embarrassment from being startled so easily by him in a span of a couple minutes. She looked away for a moment, somewhat glad her blush wasn't too incredibly obvious due to her skin tone. "I'm fine Flowers.." she mumbled quietly.

"Hey!~" I chuckle. "You called me 'Flowers'." I beam and help her up. "Good. Now...do you need help with that paperwork?" I place a hand up to my cheek to scrape at a cut I'd received years ago.

Sheila made a noise when she realized that she did indeed call him flowers, becoming slightly more embarrassed and muttering an incoherent answer in reply as she looked away from Florida all together.
