■ You must have permission from the original artist before getting your RPW revamped.
■ The only two exceptions to the rule above is if the artist is not active on CS, or if they have failed to respond to your PM for 5 weeks. If either of these are the case, please state so in your form.
■ All RPWs on the oldest set of lines (V.1 and V.2) may get revamps. RPWs on V.3lines or the current lines, they must be at least 6 months old, from the day that they were won to be revamped.
■ If your RPW is from the pound and they had "Valid for revamp" by them, this means that you do not need to gain permission from the artist. If they are a pound wolf and this is the case, please state so in your form!
■ Post your forms here, we are no longer doing individual areas!.
■ You may get your RPW revamped even if they are a pup/teen, as long as the rules above are followed.
■ Artists may decline your revamp if they feel they are not able to complete it.
■ Artists have slots, only post when they say their slots are open.
■ Do not rush anyone here. If your revamp takes longer than a month to complete, please politely PM the artist and ask if you can take the revamp to another artist.
■ Artists may add rules onto this, such as if you can post more than one form at a time . . . etc.
■ For the section - "Why are you getting them revamped?" please be mindful of the artist's feelings. Don't say anything like "Because I don't like the design." Be respectful while answering this column, I'll just say that. quq
