Other?: All the tests I take put me as INTJ, but the cognitive functions and way I approach life/what motivates me are definitely ISTP~

Anyone else know any contradictions that your type stereotypically (whether true or not) has? (For example, ISTP's tend to not follow rules and yet go with the flow -I'd be happy to expand on my opinion of that if you want)
