"Maybe. We need to tell the leader though."she said. She thought about it and decided it could be a prophecy. She wondered why Hawkstar chose her apprentice and not her to deliver the prophecy.

"Okay." Otterpaw replied, getting up from where she had been sitting. "Let's go." She said, smiling. She began walking away, but looked back worriedly when she noticed that Cherrybreeze hadn't moved. She seemed to be deep in thought. "I don't think this is something that's really major, I think its pretty minor. It didn't sound like it had to do with the balance or survival of the clan hanging by a blade of grass or something." Otterpaw said, trying to get her mentor to not be so worried about her vision. "Maybe it has something to do with me or someone in my family and that's why Hawkstar sent me that message." Otterpaw continued, shrugging.

Thunderkit opened her green eyes to the rising sun, streatching out her pelt to welcome the warming sun. She wasn't sure when she'd fallen asleep, but it was probably after putting Petalkit to bed. Being his older sister, and having eyesight, made her want to take care of him. Starclan knows he needs it. Speaking of which... She poked her brother lightly. "I want vole's for breakfast..." He mumbled, turning over in his sleep. Slightly annoyed, Thunderkit whacked him in the head. He squeaked, hopping to his paws right into the nursery wall. "Owww!"

Swiftshadow heard the loud thud and lazily picked up her head, spotting Petalkit and Thunderkit. "Petalkit, Thunderkit?" she mewed softly, her voice a bit scratchy. "What are you doing up early?"

Thunderkit squealed in surprise. Rounding towards her caretaker, she accidently hit Petalkit in the face with her tail. He grumbled as his sister cheerfully mewed, "We just get up early. Loner's instinct!" The kit always was happy when talking about her old life. Perked her out of depression at least. "I'm only up because that big lump just scared me out of my fur." Petalkit grumbled, blue ye's trying to pinpoint Swiftshadow's location.

Alright, she thought to herself. I admit it, I'm hopelessly twitterpated with him. She was looking at Wolfhowl from afar, she felt so lost amongst the waves of emotions that coursed their way violently throough her poor body. She wanted to tell him, but at the same time, she was deathly afraid of his rejection. It was a vicious cycle and it made her feel sick. Oh StarClan, she thought as she gazed pleadingly up at Silverpelt. Why must falling in love be so hard?

"It's probably minor but we still need to tell the leader. It's always important if StarClan sent it."she told her. Otterpaw really had a lot to learn if she was going to take her place.

Batpaw padded out of his den and arched his back to stretch. He unsheathed his somewhat dark claws and swished his long black tail around on the ground and stirred the dirt around in a circular motion.

Swiftshadow smiled slightly and rolled her eyes, keeping a watch on the two kits. "Yes, well, you are not a loner anymore, young one. You are a Warrior Cat, and you may just become the leader someday," a soft laugh escaped from her, and glanced at Petalkit. "Oh, Petalkit, stop being a grump. She is your sister, after all."
