The small apprentice cracked open her eyes slowly, huffing through her nose at the thought of getting up. Stretching, she pulled herself from the floor and shook out her semi-fluffy pelt. Her green eyes saw that other warriors were awake, and so she left the apprentice den.

The tomcat purred to himself as he held various herbs between his jaws. He had been out gathering for a while now, so he had leafs and small thorns attached to his coat. Shaking his fur out, he began padding back home.

Daisy flicked her ears, hearing paw steps close by. Blinking her eyes, the young kit shivered in the cold meowing for help. Whimpering softly, she curled tightly into a ball trying to keep warm.

Cinderstripe finished eating and licked her lips clean. Glancing over to Berrytail, she blinked wondering when the deputy would assign patrols. "I'll go hunting," she meowed, glancing at how low the fresh-kill pile was.

Upon hearing a desperate call, the tomcat stopped, his ears pricked. He lifted his muzzle and sniffed the air, his eyes widening when he caught the scent of a kit. Following his nose, he soon found a small bundle of fur. Dappleleaf's ears laid back as he dropped the herbs, picking up the kit by its scruff, and immediately sprinting back to camp with it. He decided that herbs could wait for now.

Daisy blinked when she felt herself lifted, meowing in fright. Hanging limply in Dappleleaf's jaw, the five moon old kit glanced around her hind paws where tucked up away from the ground, unsure what was going on.

Cinderstripe glanced up, hearing hurried paw steps. Pelt prickling with unease she glanced around for Riverstar wondering where the clan's leader was. What is going on? she thought, scenting the air.

She looked up from her meal and greeted the Shevat wit a wave of her tail."Want to share? I 'm full! And I got patrols to organize!" She jump right on her paws and shook her fur."Let's see...Not much cats in camp...Wait!" She walk fast and stopped at the leader den." River star? I need to talk with you."

"Sure," Cinderstripe meowed putting her fresh-kill back and padding over to Berrytail's left over fresh-kill. Finishing her share, she licked her lips and looked around. "Hmm y our right, wonder where Dappleleaf is," she meowed. "I'm going to give him some freshkill," she called to the deputy, eyeing the pile.

Daisy hung still, crying in fright and fear. She had no idea what was going on, but she knew she was being taken somewhere by a stranger.

Dappleleaf slowed to a trot and entered the camp, huffing through his nose. He gently placed the kit down, giving it a few reasurring licks. His eyes drifted across the camp before he took the kit to his den to check for any wounds.

Daisy glanced around ad she was laid down, but picked up a few minutes later. Deciding she better speak instead of yowlng in fright, the 5 moon kit tried to glanced up and blinked. "Uh can you please let me down?" She asked, shaking somewhat.
