Thor moved towards where the door was, calling his hammer and braced himself for the oncoming attack. He couldn't attack something he couldn't see unless... "Brother?"

[Darkanra]

Loki grinned.
How stupid does Thor think I am?
He crept silently near Thor, wondering if he could get to the door without alerting him to his presence.

Thor scanned the fog, looking for any hint to where Loki was. One hand held onto the edge of the door, if Loki wanted to leave he would have to go through him.

[Darkanra]

Loki narrowed his eyes.
We'll just have to do this the hard way then...
There was a small 'shhk' as Loki unsheathed a blade.
So Thor, make your next move.

Thor heard a small sound but it was too short for him to pinpoint it's position. He started spinning his hammer.

[Darkanra]

Hearing the wind rushing past the whirling Mjolnir, Loki knew it was only a matter if time before the smoke cleared.
Green flames burst from his hands as he flicked the small knife at Thor. The library started burning, the books spreading the fire quickly.
Loki was finally visible to Thor as the last of the green smoke vanished.
"Will you stop my escape,"
His eyes glinted.
"Or will you save the mortals?"
He looked at a couple of people and the librarian, huddled in the corner, staring at the fire in fear.
"Tic Tock Thor."

He walked down the street, his gaze going left and right, his expression looked cold. He help knife in his left hand as he started to walk down an alley. "Where the hell am I..." He pondered.

Thor was conflicted. He cursed under his breath, throwing his hammer at Loki before darting into the flames to save the mortals.

[Darkanra]

The hammer caught Loki a glancing blow as he twisted to avoid it.
Felt another couple of ribs crack.
Loki walked out of the doorway, quickly going down allyway after allyway, watching the billowing smoke from the burning library gradually disappearing in the distance. He held his injured side, cursing Thor mentally.

Thor went into the billowing green smoke for the 4th time to get the last mortal out of the flames.
