Ali flinched and then collapsed. "Oh great, again."

Shandra looked worried as Ali collapsed. "Ali! Are you okay?" she asked worriedly.

"Yeah, I'm good." said Ali. "This happens."

Shandra nodded, but bit her lip, worrying about how much longer Ali had to live.

"Listen Shandra, I'm sorry." said Ali.

"It's okay. It isn't like you had a choice in this," Shandra said, guessing at what Ali was talking about.

A tear came from Ali's eye. "I'm still sorry."

"Don't be. I've enjoyed the little time we had together, and will remember and cherish those memories until I die, and I will love you forever," Shandra said, her eyes beginning to tear up.

"About that..." said Ali. He shifted slightly.
