What are Trimaes?
Trimaes (tri-MAYs) are an unusual and elusive species that lives on the plant Moncati Vestre (MOAN-caw-tee VES-tray), sometimes called Vestre. They are hybrid wolves, each Trimae being uniquely mixed with three animals. They are of high intelligence and sometimes amazing powers. They speak their own special language, except for their ranks which are all Latin words. They love extreme weather and are immune to lightning. Some of them are storm elementalists, having powers over storms.
