no you can only breed a peer with a peer, and they would only produce one-two offspring. and they can only breed once a year. so ye.
also, ninja, you posted a form for breeding when there were no dens open :P
also yes, there is going to be a stream at 6 pm EST. i'll be making litters, making my own custom Peer, and doing some original art
