CS wiki is a very helpful place, there are listed all 2nd gens aswell. :>
well, not really all, I think they haven't updated it in a long time, there are 2nd gens listed till 2013 and 3rd gens till 2012.

They have been updated :P I took over the guide last year and have been updating since then. There was just a huge backlog because before that they weren't updated xD You can check the forum guide for the current year and all others will be added as i go.

By zebras do you mean, common zebras? Or list zebras XD and is it in the February month adopts?

List zebras get given out to random people at random times when they adopt the horses/ponies from the regular monthly adopts. It has been this way since I joined.
the chance is very small. It happened back in the candy event to someone and now. These are the ones I know of.

January too, the sketch horses were out and I saw 2 new zebras.
