She enjoyed being fussed over but she should probably get back to guarding. 'Elena!' She remembered she'd left Elena guarding the goats for her.

He smiled slightly, letting her lean on him. He leant on her a little bit and rested his head on her ever so lightly.

Eclipse laid down behind Thunder and rested her head on his shoulder. Though she was starting to relax, her eyes were on Jake, as if daring him to try something dumb. Her gaze shifted from Jake to Jace as she waited waited the alpha to speak.

Grim raised from his sitting position and gave a small nod to Moon. "Come Sylvia, its not that bad at all at the farm. Let me show you around," he barked, trying to keep her from freaking out even more.

Jace's golden gaze swept over his pack as he spoke, "I'm sure you all remember, that when I made the seemingly pointless deal with the farm dogs a few months back, I told you to wait, to be patient. I have to admit, I expected it to end with a battle that we would win, but this is just as good. Jake here, has offered up his life in exchange for the deal to be valid once again, after one of his mutts broke it." Jace stayed silent for a while to let that sink in before continuing, "This opens up so many possibilities. Jake is obviously our leverage now if something goes wrong. He is practically a walking map of the farm and a dictionary of what goes on down there. The dogs are now confused and vulnerable. However, I am a wolf of my word. We will respect the truce once again, but with Lexi in the lead now and so many new dogs down at the farm, it's a matter of days before they break it again. And then," he smirked and jumped off the rock, towering in front of Jake, "we will have taken the farm before they know what hit them."

Arrow smirked, listening to their alpha and barked in excitement before looking down at Jake beside him with a superior expression.

Rocky padded along the road, his feet slightly cut from the gravel. He soon caught the scent of something he hadn't smelt before, it had other dogs and animals, all in the same place. And it wasn't just cat and dog but more exotic smells too. Rocky turned off the path and followed this new scent, it brought him to a driveway. He ran down the drive stopping when something caught his eye, there were birds, chickens to be exact.
