On The Run ~ a Pokemon/Human roleplay

Aldwin sighed, "Yes they did, and why would it matter? They told me what I had to do and i'm," Aldwin paused, his expression was shocked, I'm not following what they said.. Aldwin shook his head, "Why do you always give me that look anyway?" Aldwin tried to change the subject, trying to figure an excuse out of this.

[yee yee]

"I just want to make sure you and the book are ok." He closed his eyes, dramatically. "Whoever gets a hold of that book will have power, they'll be able to know about everyone and defeat them." He got out a gem. "Everyone knows about this gem, everyone knows you could easily break it by just squeezing the left and right side of it."

He started squeezing it and it broke, easily. Some of the shards of it fell onto the ground and some stayed on the palm of his hand. "They could easily do that to every... one of us." The expression of his face changed.

"That is why they told you to get out of this horrible village! And what are you doing? Not following their orders!"

Aldwin watched Chronis, his eyes were narrowed the whole time. "I know I should be following their orders, but why run? Run to the next village to the next, it's not use! They always find me!" Aldwin stomped over to the bookshelf with the legendary information books on them. He grabbed his, and opened it to the last page. It showed him just skipping from one village to the next, "Do you think I want that? And to leave me hard work behind!" Aldwin slammed the book shut and put it back in it's place. "If I choose to disobey their orders, then it's MY concern, not yours!"

[yee yee]

He looked at Aldwin with this.. serious look on his face that many have feared. "Aldwin, I know we have been best friends for a long time but it IS my concern." He got closer to Aldwin.

"I helped creating the book! I made this danger! I have to take responsbility!" He tried not to yell or hurt Aldwin as Pokemon knew when he had that serious face, things were about to get ugly.

"Not just YOU took part in making the book, I did as well!" He pointed at Aldwin when he said the word, "You". "If you don't follow his orders, we will both get in trouble! Just like if a young Pokemon does not do what they need to do in school and gets in trouble, the guardian of that child will also get in trouble!"

Aldwin felt the color drain from his face when he put his serious face on. He backed up a step when he took a step toward him. Aldwin was one not to fight, and he knew if they kept this up, it would happen. Aldwin put his hands in front of him protectively, "Listen, I know we'll both get in trouble, but we aren't the only ones. After all your brother did help before you, you know." Aldwin kept a calm voice this time, regretting bringing Palkia into this. "Listen, the book is safe here, if the assassin's attack, i'll be ready," Aldwin tried to stay out of reach from Chronis, and without making it obvious that he was scared, but to his dismay, Chronis could clearly tell he was scared.

[yee yee]

His face got red when Aldwin mentioned his brother. "Y-your dare to talk about him to me!? All he did was fight and argue with me! Nothing else!" He walked up another step to Aldwin as he noticed he stepped away.

"You barely even got away from a Fletchinder without the help of my sister! You weren't ready!" He kept refraining himself from hurting Aldwin and Aldwin saw that. "IT WAS A FLETCHINDER, A POKEMON SMALLER THAN YOU AND YOU NEEDED THE HELP OF MY SISTER!" He shamed Aldwin. He calmed down and the color of his face became normal but he still has his serious look on.

Aldwin tripped over a book on the ground, ashamed that he did. He listened to Chronis from the floor, Aldwin's face twisted with sorrow. He did need the help of Amai to defeat the Fletchinder. He felt like a stupid Caterpie. "Do. You. Know why I don't fight? Why I choose to live a peaceful life? WHY I wanted help fighting the Fletchinder?" Aldwin's eyes were glossy with tears, as Chronis stepped over the line, sending painful memories into Aldwin's mind. Aldwin slowly got up, brushing some dust and dirt from his green cloak, never making eye-contact with Chronis.

[yee yee]

His expression changed once again. He felt bad for making Aldwin sad, all he wanted to do is to put some sense into Aldwin's head. The room filled with silence.

The silence bothered Aldwin, walking past Chronis he grabbed two books, a red and a blue one. He went to his desk, throwing them open to there last pages. Instead of it having the 3 dots at the bottom of the page indicated that they were indeed alive the two books have a dark line across them, and the mark of Yveltal. Aldwin then turned away, his back facing Chronis as he tried his best to fight the tears back from his eyes.

"..." He looked at the pages and saw the sign of Yveltal. "Who are they?"
