i suppose it was only a matter of time, before the first fell. the angels did their best to defend agai
nst the first strike, but the demons won. the light of lorén was extinguished, and the darkness see
ped in. the angels fell from the heavens like feathers from a bird. hati and skoll were killed, the wo
lven guardians of the moon and sun, and night fell upon the armies. without guidance, they fell. fe
ll into the world of mortal men. they hid their wings, and settled in a remote mountain town by the
name of hope. like we have any left. but maybe, just maybe, with the help of the better men here,
we may reclaim the home we once called ours.

reaching, reaching for a home we once called ours

the town of hope lays on the side of a remote mountain, in the west of canada. dense pines and
spruces lay all around, for miles and miles. not many ever find it. only humans and a few angels
live in it, but the demons have discovered it. a select few demons have taken the forms of every
day humans to enter the town and track the angel's movements. while secluded, it does have an
electrical system, but no asphalt roads. only dirt and gravel.

lorén was their leader and the light of the angels. he was slain by mithrál, lord of the demons, and
slayer of the house of morién. the house was the counsel of the light of lorén, and commanders
of the four armies of the regimen of ninety-six were killed in the parliament building when the raid
of the demons began.
