Batstar stretched out on a flat rock jutting out from the coast of the oasis. He washed his face, using his paws to splash the oasis's water onto his tawny gold fur. "You've certainly outdone yourself, handsome," he mewed to himself before curling up into a catnap by the oasis side. The territory was running well with prey, and nothing major had been going on inside the Clan lately, So now's my chance to enjoy a well-earned rest.

Sugarflower shuffled through her herbs. "Tansy, watermint, yarrow, horsetail, marigold...marigold..... I'm fresh out of marigold!" the pretty ginger-and-white she-cat paused. "Maybe Robincrest may have some...." she knew her brother, Batstar, hated it when she left without permission, but the Clan couldn't risk fighting or being attacked by cobras.... History*: Venompaw was left in Oasisclan by her mother because she was bit by a poinsonous snake (losing part of her tail). Her mother is a rogue and neither Venompaw or Swiftpaw remember that they are sisters (till they meet in battle if these clans ever meet)
Personality: She is sarcastic but fun. She likes getting her way and will manipulate the other cats to get it (the manipulation is nice though. She loves battle trainging and hunting. Her voice can become like venom when she is mad. She also likes helping out her clanmates.
Other*: When she becomes a warrior her name will be Venomsong.

Venompaw padded into camp carrying two lizards and a long snake. She dropped the snake on the pile and padded to the ledge where batstar was. "Batstar? I brought you a lizzard." She mewed throwing it onto the ledge beside her leader.

"Why, thank you, Venompaw." Batstar purred. "I'm surprised you found prey on this hot sunhigh! You certainly are becoming a good apprentice." he snatched up the lizard in his jaws. "We should go on a border patrol, but first, get a snack. You've earned it!"

Batstar sniffed around. Something wasn't right. "Sugarflower?" he called to his littermate. He peeked inside a shallow hollow that lead to the medicine cat's den. "Sugarflower!" he called. Where is she? His paws itching with excitement to finally feel some action, he ran to the camp's oasis. He clawed his way up a prickly palm tree until he reached the leafy top. "Let all cats of OasisClan join beneath the Highpalm for a Clan meeting!" he yowled.

Venompaw raced up to the large palm and sat so she could hear the meeting.

Batstar didn't even bother to wait for the rest of OasisClan to join. "Clanmates!" he yowled. "Sugarflower has disappeared! It seems BrackenClan is up to their old tricks again! Vipertail, Venompaw, and I will lead a patrol to their camp! We'll show those mangy squirrels that OasisClan is the alpha Clan!" he snarled.
