What book are you currently reading?

Currently reading the 6th book to the "Mortal Instruments" series, Heavenly Fire. I've loved the whole series so far but wow this book is monster (725 pages)! Is anyone else or has anyone else read this series or has anyone seen the show "Shadowhunters" (based off the books) or the movie 'Mortal Instruments' ??

I just finished reading that book like a week ago. I am also watching the series and I have seen the movie. The 6th book in the series was my all time favorite. I like the show better then the movie.

I'd say the same. I've read all the books. I do like the movie better than the show, but only because-in my opinion-the show has bad casting.

My mom is only letting me read it now becahse she thought I would practice witchcraft

I just finished reading Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard....and it just reminded me of how much I should not read a series until all the books are out >.< seriously, if you have read the Red Queen book or Glass Sword, I'd love to see what your thoughts are!

I just finished reading The 13 Clocks by James Thurber. Its a really good book, but its written in a poetry sort of way. For example, "her voice was faraway music, and her eyes were candles burning on a tranquil night. She moved across the room like wind on violets, and her laughter sparkled on the air, which, from her presence, gained a faint and under-dreamed fragrance." Or, "Tell the duke that you will hunt the Boar, or travel thrice around the moon, or turn November into June. Implore him not to send you out to find a thousand jewels." Anyway, I really enjoyed the book, and I would recommend it.
I am currently reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling. This is my first time reading through the series, although I have seen the movies multiple times (and by that I mean like 10x every movie ) I now finally have time in my schedule to read them, and I'm loving them!

Currently, I am reading The Original Illustrated Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle. X3 It's a big hard cover book that contains 37 short stories plus a complete novel, comprising of:
The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes
The Return of Sherlock Holmes
and
The Hound of the Baskervilles

I'm actually kinda sad about it right now because I literally thought this book had every single one of the Sherlock Holmes stories and now I'm finding out that it doesn't. X3

Right now I'm reading A Clash of Kings, the second book in George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire. This is my second time reading through the series. Also, I have the Red Queen and I bought it not too long ago but I haven't read it yet. I'm still waiting to finish my current book.
