Technically it is a fair swap, but personally I have seen the patchwork go for more than a tier swap

This one's a little difficult, but each of the store pets are worth approximately a '10 rare, which by themselves probably doesn't add up to an '09 rare. The C$ is like adding a late '10 rare, so I'd say this might even be overpay on their side. Get another opinion to be sure though ^^
