Can someone maybe explain to me how to edit pictures that are GIFs (add borders, round corners, etc) without removing the animation? And what program would I use? Thanks!

And if you want to resize gifs, I suggest EZGIF, there is less of a chance that the gif will be pixelated like it would be in OIE.

Actually, there is a special way to
resize gifs on OIE without it getting pixelated,
but I'll explain that once my screenshotter works
again since it is a hard to explain in words

EZGIF is fast and easy. There is no "special" way that you have to learn to resize a gif...
