Startled by her voice, Snare quickly turned around to find a lovely golden tabby standing behind him. Her deep green eyes made him think of the refreshing scent of moss and ivy, a scent that was very familiar to him when he had lived in the forest. For only half of a second, he could find no words to say, her beauty apparently reminded him of someone else. "H-hello there!" He stammered, automatically feeling heat creep onto his cheeks. He faced her bravely, trying to keep his voice from trembling, "I know my way miss, I was just looking for someone..." He replied nervously, his eyes shifting to the ground. "I'm not sure if they still live here though, it's been a long time." Snare couldn't help but study her face, a second time. It was vague, but he had a feeling that he had met this cat someplace before, or maybe it was somebody related to her??

"Oh. I'd offer my help, but I don't know many others. Do you know what your friends nest- er, house looks like?" She asked, jumping down from the fence. He looked familiar, maybe from the Clan? But then why would he be lurking around a twoleg place? "I'm Sandwhisker, by the way. What's your name?"

the she cat thought for a moment. ''i think i prefer leopardclaw, although
if leopardmist sounds better than let me know" the she cat said with a smile,
she wasn't as vicious as darkclan cats were made out to be, although she was
a bossy meanie when she wanted to be.

"Leopardclaw is good," Mistystar agreed with a brief smile. "Welcome to MistClan. Tigerblaze can show you around, and if tradition varies any between our two Clans, then he can help with that too."

"alright, er so what if no one in your clan accepts me? i mean, your clan hates my ex clan.." the she cat said, her smile fallen.

Crowpaw wasn't watching Crystalkit, so he didn't notice when she lagged behind. "That's crazy. I mean, StarClan is great and all, but I wouldn't think that cats would die on purpose to get there. Because once you're dead, there's no going back," he meowed, thinking to himself. When Nightpaw cried out that they'd lost Crystalkit, he muttered something unintelligible under his breath while looking around for a shadow underwater that might be Crystalkit. When he saw something that was too large to be a fish, he dived down and pushed the lump towards the direction of shore with his muzzle.

"Oh, the Clan is quite welcoming, I'm sure it wouldn't come down to that. But, if it does, we'll figure simething out, I suppose," she replied, giving the other she-cat an encouraging smile.
