Jex is your average plumerian. He has an average job and average life, but his personality is a whole different story.
Jex may come across as being quite quiet at first, this is normally because he prefers not to talk in some cases and does work in a place where he hardly talks to anyone. He dress and acts older than he is, but at time can dress to look the age he is.
Jex is able to trust people easily, so if you have only just met him and you ask him for his email address or phone number, he would be willing to give it to you. He would do mostly anything to make new friends, because sometimes people don't want to come near him. Maybe it's his appearance, or that he looks older than he is...
He is usually cheerful and positive, but you may catch him in a bad mood from time to time. Normally, he won't make eye-contact and just grunt when he is in these moods, but it's nothing to be scared of.

Samara - girlfriend

Jex first stumbled apon Samara when he was working in the library and she was looking for some books. They soon got chatting about what they liked to read and even about what they like to do. Jex definitely wanted to see her again and get to know her more and insisted they went out on a picnic together. In the upcoming of the picnic, Jex became nervous, thinking of conversation starters and what not.
Soon after he started to realise that there was something more there, though he didn't know if she felt the same way. Being the awkward quiet plumie when at school, he never asked out anyone on dates or even had crushes on others; he was simply too set on doing well in school.
After plucking up enough courage, he asked her out on a date, nothing serious, just a picnic. Things were quite awkward at first, Jex didn't know what to say or how to tell her how he felt, but then decided to make a little origami heart for her.
