Personally I would say unfair to the bengal because the demand of the bengal is very consistent while the demand of the foal is dropping.
However the foal wasn't placed on the list yet so it's really up to you and whatever you prefer.

Unfair to the bengal by a red rose list wise and very unfair demand wise. ^^; that bunny is a little hard to trade off while the bengal has good demand
