The night sky was almost entirely vacant besides the glowing moon juxtaposed against it. Holly was staring up at the sky, having decided to take a break from walking the empty roads plagued with debris, dust, and locust which had finally started to die down in numbers. She removed her hair elastics, raven hair flowing down across her shoulders and back. Brushing it out of her face, she divides her hair into two sections and retied her buns.

Tyler looked around the dusty old broken down car. He searched for anything. He was happy when he found a pocket knife and a can of beans. A pretty big can too. He paused seeing a girl (holly) walking by. He stayed still not sure if he could trust this girl at all. Even just a little. Who knows she could try to kill him just for the beans. He stayed still but it didn't help that he had very vibrant red hair and colorful clothes on. He stood out like a soar thumb.

Holly immediately spotted the red-headed male who appeared to be defensive and fearful. She locked her gaze on him just in case he tried to spring at her and attack. Then she noticed he had a can of beans in his hands. How did he obtain them? Were they even still good to eat? Holly was lucky that she could grow her own food by her chlorokinesis and she didn't have to worry about starving most of the time. "Hello..." she called out to him. "It's okay, I'm not going to attack you or try to steal anything..."

Tyler stared at her wide eyed and he backed up. He stare tried to grab for the door handle to get out. He did but the car was against a wall so he couldn't get out.

The raven-haired chlorokinetic approached the car slowly and stopped when she was about 3 feet away from the car door that was unblocked by the building side. She reiterated her previous statement.

Tyler turned dropping the beans. He jiggled the door handle trying to get out. He stopped when he heard her say hello. He glanced back at Holly. "H-hello." He murmured back to her.

Holly watched the canned beans tumbled to the ground, denting the can severely or maybe even bursting it open. She gazed back up at the red-headed boy who appeared to also have two different eye colors. "Like I said, I'm not here to threaten you."

Tyler grabbed the beans so she couldn't get them. He was starving. "O-ok." He murmured to her still very scared.

Stella sighed and sat back. She wrapped her arms around him and buried her face into his side. "I'm scared." She murmured squeezing him tight.

Toulouse hugged her back, not knowing exactly what to say because he wasn't even sure what was going to happen to them. He supportively clung to her and pet her back, tring to calm her down. "It's okay, I know we are going to be fine..."

Holly nodded, watching him carefully. She still wasn't sure of his intentions. The boy looked like a stray animal, starved and seemingly vulnerable. She watched him hastily snatched the beans off of the ground and sighed. "I have food," she offered.
