Ah, but it doesn't explicitly say gay it says LGBTQ which the gems would technically all fall under. And, since they go by She/Her pronouns, they could in fact be called gay if they love another gem/person who goes by the same pronouns.

Actually if you take gay as just being attracted to the same gender, and all gems are genderless/agender femme presenting I would say by default all Gems are gay if not asexual/romantic. After all, it seems very prominent in the series that love and attatchment, like Garnet is frowned upon.
