"Welp." I sit over on the Director's shoulders. "Alright...so...what do we do next?"

"Well, if the little AI's here to take maine, then perhaps ground rules of some kind?" Aiden suggested while PD continued trying to get his ears to stop ringing.

The Director

"Ground rules?" Alpha asks, turning his head.

"He's right." I sigh a bit. "Meta has already proven that he can jump into anyone that no longer has an AI. That means our entire platoon is not safe."

[Agent Maine(Meta)]

"Indeed. Which means we either need to find a way to handle him completely, or we need to comply with whats he's come for." He stated calmly.

The Director

"He wants Agent Maine." I whisper, furrowing my brows as I think. "And we both know who Meta's working for..." I sit back on the bed.

"Indeed. But it could be are chance to find where hargrove is." Aiden mused.

A smile cuts through my features as I stand up. Why didn't I think of that?

"Because you're--"

"How?" Alpha chirps.

"I can't divulge that with meta here." Aiden mused as he gestured to the chip on the bed side table, smirking. "But, i do have an idea." He hummed gently.

The Director

Alpha backs up a little and floats up to my head. "I hate it when you two smile. I already feel like someone gonna die by the way he's grinning, but you, C...I didn't think you had it in you."

I place a hand under my chin to rest it. "Precisely." I mutter under my breath. "But never mind that. I think we may need to check on a few things before hand."
