City life was never easy. Time seemed to slip into each day, weeks slurring into months and months into years. Life was always the same, no twist and turns of fate. Every one just survived, no one seemed to live. They all hoped for something better the next day, but no one ever seemed to work to achieve it. But everything would change. A secret underground land that was just 50 feet below their homes was growing old. It was a secret underground city, created and owned by thieves. But, the knowledge of the cities whereabouts died with the last of the thieves when an epidemic spread. So below the growing city above, carcasses of rotting bodies and waves of rats seemed to become a myth over the next 100 years. The underground city was named Hidden, for appropriate reasons. But low and behold, Hidden was about to be discovered, and it's keepers had to decide whether or not to use the cities passage ways and secrets for good or to use Hidden to become thieves themselves.

You and your friends have found your way to a secret world you will come to know has Hidden. If you could get into Hidden, you would be able to get to anywhere in the city in a matter of moments. Some trapdoors would lead into a bank or factory, others just went out to the sidewalk above. Yet some of your friends might underestimate the power and danger this city holds. It would be any crooks dream to be able to discover Hidden; they would be able to plant a bomb and get to a safe distance in a matter of moments. They could also rob the richest banks and never be caught. They could find a trapdoor to a persons house and assassinate them, or worse. It's up to you whether you want to use this power to save Hidden, or possibly destroy the world above.

Rules

1. This is a Semi-Lit role play. Please refrain from posting one liners. I understand that you may get writers block, but it isn't hard to write at least a paragraph.

2. Please put parenthesis, brackets, or anything else you can think of when Out Of Character. Example: (( I think this role play is wonderful! ))

3. No chat speak. You can use chat speak when you are in OOC.

4. Keep it PG-13. If you feel you or your character must swear, just say, "Bob cursed at his bad luck."

5. Please try to use punctuation and capitols when necessary. It makes stuff easier to read.

6. Avoid spam. We don't want this Role Play to be clogged up.

7. All of Tess's rules apply.

8. No god-modding, Mary/Gary-sues, or power-playing is allowed. If you don't know what these are, refer to here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=29199

Zoey, also known as Clover, has long, dirty blond hair that reaches her mid-back. Her hair is usually untidy, because Zoey doesn't really care about her looks. Some days, when she gets tired of her unkempt hair, she ties it into a ponytail. She has soft, luke-warm eyes, the color green. Zoey is rather skinny in size, and she is a small 4"8'. She usually wears a loose t-shirt and sweat pants, but sometimes she settles with jeans and she very rarely wears a jacket. If you touch her skin, it's usually warm.

Personality:

Zoey is an overall tom-boy in every way possible. She loves to mess with bugs and seems to rarely stay clean. She knows how to drive a tractor as well as many other old vehicles, and she isn't afraid to get her hands greasy. She's real good with mechanics, and she loves to toil with phones and other machines. But her most favorite thing to do in the world is to listen to her music; she constantly has her headphones and MP3 player around her at all times. She is an outgoing person and loves to make friends, and she loves to enjoy life as it is.

Her eyes are pretty much always slits, and she looks upset pretty much all of the time. She has long brown hair, and her eyes are dark brown, almost black. Her skin is white, increasing the whole skeleton look.
[b]Personality: Resa has no friends, and wants to keep it that way. She is rude and mean to everyone she encounters. Resa is cruel and violent when she feels the leas bit threatened. She rarely talks to anyone.
Fears: Resa is terrified of water. Not like, drinking water, but bodies of water. Lakes, rivers, oceans, etc.
Other: Resa hated her parents. They treated her like trash, and beat her daily. One night she ran away from home with nothing but a knife and some food, when she stumbled upon Hidden.

Personality: Kiara is stubborn and never gives up. She is very adventurous and loves running around. She smiles and laughs a lot. If you hurt someone she cares about, she will hurt you. She always tries to be friendly, and is very kind. Kiara has lots of determination and will let nothing get in her way.
Fears: Kiara is afraid of bugs, mostly spiders
Other: She is blind in one eye, so she can only see on one side.

Personality: Alba is a laid back person who enjoys her coffee, She an athlete but she enjoys writing stories and being creative. Her expression is usually a frown but she has a sense of humor. She'll have witty come back and she'll state facts about some one instead of calling them names but other than that she'll nice to her friends and family and will stand up for any of them.

Personality: Maya is sweet and kind, occasionally a flirt, but rarely. She's rather shy, but once she gets to know you she is outgoing, playful, and just fun to be around. She tries not to make impulse decisions, but sometimes it just happens. On the outside she seems tough, though.

Description/Looks: Rather handsome in terms of looks, William is popular with the ladies. He has short dirty blonde hair that's styled by his pillow when he sleeps (bedhead), though his hair usually looks fairly decent. With icy blue eyes, Will has achieved stereotypical pretty boy status. Fairly well muscled, Will has the muscle tone of a soccer player: decent muscle mass, but still lanky. Personality: Somewhat rude in everyday speaking, Will can come off as a bit of a jerk when first meeting him. Blunt with everyone, if you want the truth or his opinion, go to Will. He usually never spares a thought for peoples' emotions and has a sharp, biting tongue when he's angry or irritated. Surprisingly, however, he is quite patient and is quite adept at teaching others, though it takes bribery to get him to agree to teach someone. Highly opinionated, Will has a knack for arguing and in another life, may have been a lawyer. It takes quite a bit to ruffle his feathers, so when he is angry or irritated, it's best not to get in his way.
