Dark leaped down from a crooked tree, the dead leaves falling off, just to be swept by the wind before they fall to the ground. It wasn't too dark out, but it was dark enough for Dark's rings to glow like the moon. It made it harder to catch fish at night, but he used it to his advantage. He would stretch out a paw, making it seem like there was a light coming towards the fish, and he would catch them while they were trying to swim away from the other light. After being a loner for so long, he eventually got used to it. He liked being a loner, sometimes, but he always had a tinge of loneliness inside him. He missed his trainer, he missed his mate, he missed his team-mates. He would never stop grieving for the friends he had lost, but he knew he had to move on eventually. Dark realized this when he saw a lone Eevee in the forest. She looked small, and fragile, and lost. They were in the middle of the forest, so wherever she came from was probably long away from here. Dark's eyes gleamed as he leaped down to meet the small Eevee, and he gave her a reassuring smile. He hadn't talked to another Pokémon in ages, so he knew he was a bit rusty. "Greetings, I am Dark. Who are you, and where do you come from?" Dark rumbled quietly, his voice raspier than he intended. He hadn't used it for a while, so he hoped it would soften up eventually.

Poiyo stood in the middle of the camp, yawning to himself as he waited for Vapor to come back to train him. He always begged her to train him, and he knew if he begged enough she would eventually do it. Come on! I need to be the best warrior I can be! Poiyo thought to himself, kicking around a stray berry that landed in the clearing.

Rimu was curled up in his nest in the Medicine Pokémon den, his chest rising and falling gently, and his ears twitching in comfort. He leaped to his paws when he heard a loud noise, and saw Sunny walking into the den. "Oh.. you scared me!" Rimu sighed, using his back leg to itch his ears. He was extremely tired after sorting berries all night, so he hoped Sunny wouldn't work him too hard today.

Kitsune sat in her den, sorting berries into small holes she dug. She frowned as she realized their stock was lower than usual, and she needed to cross the border to get any more. Medicine Pokémon could cross any borders they like, as they weren't apart of the Pokémon Code, but Kitsune was still hesitant after all these years. The battles still scarred her to this day, and she wouldn't leave the camp without a warrior escort. Kitsune shook her head, before taking a small leaf wrap of berries outside to dry in the sun. I'll be comfortable here one day.

Rover stood upon the large rock in the clearing, his eyes closed and small snores coming from his throat. He was enjoying the warm sun, but he was a bit worried about his clan-mates. He had no idea where they were, or when they left, because he was too busy sleeping. Come on, Rover. You're the deputy now! You have more responsibility!
