Feeling how close to losing control he was, she almost yelled: "Top three things that contain the most meat! Hurry!" The lady seemed a bit startled, but proceeded to give them the order. Eva rashly thanked her and carried the food out of the door. "Here, eat. Maybe you can shift after that." She said, panic creeping into her head as she bit into her own burger.

Amira watched as he shuffled the papers and handed them to her, although she made no intentions to take them from him either. Instead, she narrowed her eyes and pushed the papers from his grip, allowing them to float in different directions onto the floor, before turning her back on him and beginning to walk back towards the forest. I don't need your help, she snapped in a feisty manner, her demeanour tense and her posture giving off a negative vibe. However something inside her made her feel sorry for the male. She wanted to accept his help, and take him in. He looked so innocent, and so scared. Did she really want to be helped? Did she need it? She thought not, but maybe she was wrong. She shook away the thoughts and increased her pace.

Theo glanced at the papers for a moment, debating whether to pick them up, but then forgetting about them as the heavy words slipped past her lips. "Don't - don't need my help?" He asked, his smile disappearing completely. He suddenly felt cold, although it was even too warm out here. "But you could hurt someone." He frowned, starting to run to catch up. "You could hurt yourself! Amira, wait! Come on, aren't you tired of being alone in this?" He tried, his determination never shaken. "What did I do wrong?" He said, his voice barely louder than a whisper.
He waited years and years to find her. She was his purpose. He couldn't lose the dream he's been clinging to so desperately. He couldn't lose something he didn't even have yet.

He whined in protest when they went outside to eat, hoping he could smell the meat, but when Eva placed his food on the ground, he tore it up, stray pieces of meat falling all over the place. He went for the large steak first, devouring it in seconds. He took no breaks, eating the 15 pieces of bacon next, taking 10 of them in one bite. Last, he destroyed a chicken bucket(like KFC). He tore into the poor bucket, his sharp fangs easily crushing it.

eva's jaw might've as well dropped to the ground. "how can you eat so damn fast?" she asked, finishing her burger. the wind whipped her hair all over the place and she hoped no meat got caught in it. "is that enough? you want me to get you more? do you feel like shifting now?" she asked, trying to keep the panic out of her voice.

After causing the destruction he caused, Logan stared at the burger she had in her hand. He sat down, a trick his sister taught him and whined slightly. His drool started to go again as he looked on. 'Tasty....' He linked to her, his tail wagging in anticipation.

eva sighed. "here, you can have the rest," she said as she tossed him the burger. glancing around, she wondered if there was anyone who could help her figure out how to make logan shift back. she rubbed her hands against her jeans before sitting down on the ground.

He ate the burger as quickly as the others, getting half in one bite. 'Okay....I'm good now.....' He said, looking towards his guardian. The meal didn't make him full, not even close to full, but it satisfied him, for now. "Let's do this shifting thing."He spoke afterwards, his ears changing directions as he heard a deer nearby.

eva nodded happily. "i think you should remember the way you felt in your human body, you know? the way your hands and feet felt, the way the world looked from that perspective. when shifters shift the first time at will, they have to observe the behaviour of a certain animal before they can shift, as i was told. perhaps you can use the opposite process? you already know what it's like to be human." she paused, and then added: "if you shift, you'll get more food, doggy."

He nodded, laying down and closing his eyes. 'Okay...okay..okay.' He thought, his tail at rest and his ears naturally down. 'Human.....I'm a human....' It took awhile, but the wolf was no more. Logan was human again, laying down with his legs tucked in. A strange greenish glow surrounded him, with his wolf ears and tail the last to disappear.
