Nettlebird gave Frost a comforting lick, and inside she breathed a sigh of relief that Hail kept his temper and agreed. "Now go and take a rest, you must be tired after that fox!" Nettlebird padded over to Willow and said, "Do you need anything Willow?"

Willow sighed. "Thanks for offering, but no. I haven't felt very hungry these days."

Hail sauntered into the nursery. It wasn't fair. He'd never become a warrior! Why wouldn't Willow let him have a Clan cat name? He wanted to be Hailkit. Then, he could become an apprentice, then a warrior, and maybe even a leader some day! Hail smiled at the thought. Yeah. Leader! Then he could lead his Clan.

Then, Willow's voice interrupted his thoughts.

"Hail, Frost, and Pearl. None of you are to leave the nursery until next dawn."

Hail couldn't keep the fury out of his mew. "What?!" He protested.

Jadewhisker heard them talking. He had just left and returned hunting, successfully bringing back a bird. The feathers of it kept falling out. "Huh? Willow I know its okay to be scared but don't you think they learned their lesson?"

"Its not that. The kits need to be punished for leaving camp when I specifically told them not to." Willow pointed out.

Crowpaw stared ahead, eyeing the other cats.

"Ohhh. Put is punishment really nessesary? They didn't know. you can't blame them for being curious of the outside world." He sighed knowing it was pointless
