I think it is fair rarity wise, but I personally wouldn't take it, as Tess Horses seem to have a pretty low demand.

Technically unfair to them, a year old store pet would be worth an early 2010 rare. But the warrior cats have pretty good demand, so you may perhaps count it as a rare.

Those deer also have pretty good demand too, I'd say it's roughly fair. ^-^

Technically yes, it's even a bit of overpay. But you may struggle to get a fair trade down for the UR B-Wolf as it doesn't have much demand.
