ohh okie so i'm making a horse genetics guide and while I was researching more about the KIT gene (tobiano, roan, sabino, dominant white), I'm realizing that a lotta gene bomb horses I like to throw at you guys wouldn't be possible irl. So really, unnatural type markings and such that were talked about isn't much different than say a sabino roan tobiano owo Because only two mutations can occur in the KIT gene like either a horse that is tobiano and roan or tobiano and sabino.

Oh my word yes, I remember reading this ages and ages ago when I was learning genetics and there was so much to take I think I'd forgotten about that part!!! It's such a good idea to make a gene guide thank you gator <3

@Zira I definitely remember seeing that foal before but I had a quick snoop and I can't see it anywhere (though I'm on mobile so that doesn't necessarily mean anything)

When looking for a foal, you can use the last few digits of one of the parents' URLs -- for example, with Disco. His url is:
http://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=2812868
You would use the bolded numbers, aka the numbers right after the last = sign, and throw it in the search function. Every tolter has a different set of numbers in their url, and most if not all of the artists put the parents' links on the foals page, so this is a great way to find missing foals c;

That's so convenient, oh my gosh! I have quite a few tolters who were rehomed to me and the owner just listed slots as 'used', so i've just closed the slots with the hopes of running into the foal eventually.

ahh I actually didn't come up with it -- stumpy might have, but it was back in fanclub 3 or 4. But yeah, it helps a lot with those mystery foals cx
