I still much prefer that dragon over the UR Phoenix, haha.
Lil' bugger took 55 days. Grew into an adult phoenix, only to turn to ash and grow once more. People actually got upset over the long wait xD

I was still fairly new when I decided to really start playing CS after those dragons grew, I couldn't figure out why umpteen people were trying to trade me to get it. XD I ended up with three!

I thought they meant the blue Malk dragon PPS. We waited several months for it to grow just to have it turn PPS.

To be fair, the issue with the Blue Malk Dragon was that there were copyright issues due to the dragons being inspired by the Age of Fire book series.
this page of the Dragon guide gives some insight, with Malk stating that they indeed ran into copyright problems, and the decision to keep the dragon as a PPS instead.

THAT was worse than the UR Phoenix. At least the bird kept changing every week or so. The Dragon just sat there for months and months and then grew a PPS tag.

I know the reasons behind it stalling but it still makes me sad. Shame she just scrapped the whole concept instead of changing them up a bit. But Oh well, when you're inspired and then stomped on I can sympathize with her decision and respect it...
