Haven blinked. He hadn't thought about what to say. He couldn't bring up a topic, though he did know she at least liked foxes a little. Maybe he should have confronted her as a fox instead. 'DAAAAAAAANNNGGG IIIIIIT' He then stopped jogging with her for a moment to pant. 'Wait, would it be weird to ask her if she likes foxes?'

Savannah looked at him weird "Maybe I should, uh go" she says thinking that she was called for no reason.

"Wait! Wait, wait." He looked to the side of a building, then back in the direction of his house. "I wanted to, uh, ask you something."

"What?" She whispered. 'I don't usually get asked questions what does this guy want?" She thought and tileted her head in confusion and curiosity.

Haven rubbed the back of his head and sighed. "You know how... you said it was dangerous for me to get close to you? My question is sort of a why and who, so yeah." He looked down at his feet which he only just realized were bare. He forgot his shoes! He sighed in his head and looked back up at Savannah.

"Well I told you to stay away because I am a target for hunters. My name is Savannah by the way" she tells him. "Vampires don't exactly have a good reputation" she says and looks up at the stars again.

"Ah, right..." He gave a fake laugh. He sort of already knew it had to be something like that. "I really should have known. Sorry for bothering you." He stopped for a moment. "Hey, what do you think about... foxes?"

"I love them" she says and sways a bit "You're not bothering me" it feels nice to have company for once she said blushing a bit. "But I love foxes their so cute and everything" she tells him.

Haven rubs the back of his head again. "Yeah? I like them, too." He stopped to take a deep breath. "Which species is your favorite?"

"The Darwin's Fox. I saw one today but I don't know where he went" she said sadly.
