Frostedleaf had been staring at the roof of her den, trying to communicate with StarClan. She jumped, turning to Icestar. 'Well, you mustn't strain yourself for one. Keeping unborn kits healthy? Make sure you eat, don't get stressed and don't get injured.' Silently, she added to herself You shouldn't have kits in the first place, StarClan might be angry.

She walked into camp two dead mice were hanging from her jaws, dropping them on the freshkill pile she looked for someone to talk to. Seeing no one she start to groom herself.

She walked down the path into the heart of the camp. She anxiously licked her paw and spotted Sparrowflight. She was unsure what she should do, but she went towards her anyway. She sat herself next to Sparrowflight. "So... Is the hunting patrols going finely?" she didn't know what else to say, and she didn't want to seem awkward.

"I don't know," she said, "I just went hunting by myself, I do that when I need to clear my head." She said looking at her.

she tilted her head, "do I make you nervous?" She asked.

Icestar felt pain at her belly. "Frostedleaf! I think my kits are coming!" She gasped. Then she blacked out.

I thought it had been less than a day since she announced it, and she would be in the nursery at about 8 - 9 months

Worried, Frostedleaf races over, but she sighs in relief when she realizes it's just a bellyache. Carefully, she moves Icestar onto a moss bed, and gathers a few herbs.
