I realize it isn't a signature, but can I get some opinions on the coding for Plumerian 689?

It looks great until I get down to the bottom. Though you're still working on it, aren't you? I've never really done any form coding myself, only signatures so you should totally teach me your ways.

Yea, not quite done. I was working on some art for the bottom right corner, and I still need to add info into the bottom left.

first of all, i love the color scheme
i would have to agree the image
quality on the left is a lil iffy
but im sure you can fix it
easily. i lovvve the theme
and the fonts. just a sugg,
maybe round the outside corners
of each of the images uwu
overall, i really like it

The quotes are a bit hard to read, maybe make the gray darker or lighter?
The transparent cat on the side also looks a little bit awkward

I think it looks wonderful! I agree with Geeko that the transparent cat is a little awkward (I'd make it solid), and the text within the banners should be a little more bold so it's easier to read.
