He crawled out of the warriors den, eager to be the first to catch prey. His eyes shined as he waited for the rest of the warriors.

Shadowwing
Shadowwing ran out of the cave after Nightstripe. They always had this fight over who got best prey, and sometimes she wondered if maybe they could be related..

Icestar woke up to see the dawn light seeping through her den. It was only her first moon as leader and she still didnt decide who the deputy: Should I pick Shadowwing or Snowdrift? She asked herself. She truly did not know the answer. Icestar walked to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a fat mouse. She polished it off with a few swift bites.

Icestar caught up to Shadowwing before she left. "Shadowwing, do you mind taking a hunting patrol? You can take Muskpaw and Nightstripe" She said. This job was usually made for deputies. But after her deputy, Robinfeather died of unknown sickness, she didnt appoint a new deputy.
